Cancellation by Neo Diamond

Neo Diamond reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team. We may require additional verification before accepting an order. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your account.

Credit Card Details

Neo Diamond is not liable for credit card fraud, and the responsibility to prove otherwise lies with you.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
